The house is built in 2008 and is 125 m2. There are 75 m2 of south-, east- and west-facing wooden terrace's, of which about 25 m2 are roofed terrace where you can stay / barbecue without considering the weather.
Big fenced site on 2600 m2. Nice when you are bringing small children or maybe a dog. Half the site is a lawn suitable for play and fun and the other half are nature.
Interior are white walls, light wooden ceilings and tile floor.
Several big Velux-windows are a contributory factor in making this house a light and friendly place to stay.
Plenty of space for 9 persons - suitable for one as well as 2 families.

double bed size 180 x 200 (2 mattress's each 90 x 200 cm)
Complete duvet and pillows for nine persons.
Good wardrobe space in all room's.
Following for rent :
Linen package A : Contain duvet cover, pillow cover and bedsheet for 1 person.
Linen package B : Same as 'linen package A' + 1 big and 1 small towel,1 tea towel and 1 dischcloth.

Woodburning stove centrally located in the house.
The kitchen are integrated with the living room and the dining room. The kitchen are fully equipped with everything needed like big fridge, upright freezer with 3 drawers. Dischwasher, microwave oven, 'hot air' oven with grill, ceramic hotplates, coffee machine etc.
There are colour television with satellite dish, also VHS og DVD Player. Music center with CD player.
High chair and collapsible childs bed can be reserved. Duvet and pillow (tenant will bring along).

Beautiful surroundings for the small children consisting of playhouse, sandbox, children furniture, lot of toys.Climbing frame and swing’s. Also there are an external fireplace that could be used to make twistbread, sausage - nice place to have some comfort time with the children.
Handcart that can be used when visiting the beach. The handcart are solely an extra free service and it can not be expected that a flat tire will be repaired.
All kind of garden furniture, bolsters, chairs, tables, sunbeds. 57 cm Weber grill. Lots of games to play with inside and outside.
Important : the house CANNOT be rented by youth organizations / young people - ONLY FAMILIES
